I'd highly recommend the Fish-Carter-Smith(of Colo) panel content-wise.
Good topic, and well-focused papers. Also the Constitutional Tragedies
panel was interesting (moderator Levinson, 11 or so participants including
McConnell and Balkin) even though all I heard was the first half.
(Perhaps pertinent to the quality of my judgment: I haven't been to an
AALS meeting since the early 1970s.)
