Another kirpan case

    Kirpan data flowing in:  People v. Singh, 135 Misc. @d 701, 516
N.Y.S.2d 412 (1987), upheld application of a no-open-carry-of-
knives law to a Sikh.  The Sikh apparently claimed a right to carry
the knife openly, rather than sown into his undergarments (which is
what some recent claimants have wanted).
