Grosz v. City of Miami Beach

        Lest I inadvertently slander the City of Miami, I should correct an
earlier post and note that Rabbi Grosz lived in Miami Beach.  Grosz v. City
of Miami Beach, 721 F.2d 729 (11th Cir. 1983).  The case has been reopened
under RFRA; I have not insta-cited it lately to see if anything has happened.
