Do any of you know exactly what it is what PXs do?  In particular, I am
interested in

1)  Is everything available at a PX sold at a discount?  I.e., would an
issue of Penthouse be sold for less than the cover price?

2)  Are sales taxes charged at a PX.  I.e., would someone buying Penthouse
at a PX have to pay, at a maximum, *only* the cover price rather than the
cover price plus the sales tax?
