This is about as far off-topic as I can imagine but:  I seem to
recollect that the famous case of Rose II of Aberlone
(Sherwood v. Walker) involved a written contract that the
court said couldn't be consulted to resolve a question about
the buyer's and seller's understandings, because it was
signed on a Sunday.  But I'm dredging this up from 1st year
contracts thirty years ago, so I may be wrong.
