Query re creches on govt prop

Unfortunately, the radio report did not specify precisely where the
creche was to appear. Nor did I see anything in this morning's paper.
So it appears some important factual information is lacking. So often
the case with trying to analyze things based on media reports. Sorry
I have no other information.
