Another US acknowledgment on RFRA's continued vitality

At a status conference today before U.S.D.J. Paul Friedman here in the
District of Columbia, Larry Gavin with the Department of Justice announced
the position of the US and all its departments that RFRA continued to be a
valid limitation on federal statutes and actions following Boerne.  This took
place in the context of a lawsuit wherein we represent a church that was
stripped of its tax exempt status by the IRS on the basis of alleged
political campaigning.
