This morning on NPR's Morning Edition I hear that Connecticut has a law that
makes illegal discrimination against homosexuals in the hiring process.

Is this accurate? Had we overlooked this in our previous discussion?

(NPR's reporter said 12 states have such laws, including New York and all the
New England states. The story was about a new federal law that suspends
federal money to colleges that do not allow military recruiting on campus.)
