mezuza off door

I had an off the wall thought about the mezuza.
Does it have to be any particular shape? If not, can it be included in a
Direct TV dish or similar.  The recent (1996) telecommunications act
specifically prohibited homeowners associations and others from banning TV
receiving antennas like the Direct TV ones. They can regulate them.
However, the regulations can not hurt reception.  IF the condo has the
right location and configuration, the antenna may have to be very near the
front door.
