[PSR-News] Looking for volunteers in April 2011 for San Diego exhibit

Hi, Network members and potential exhibit volunteers!



Coming up soon we are exhibiting at the American College of Physicians Internal Medicine 2011 Conference in San Diego April 7-9. Specific hours for the exhibit are:



Thursday, April 7: 10-4:30

Friday, April 8: 10-4:30

Saturday, April 9: 10-2:30

At the exhibit booth we demonstrate NLM resources such as PubMed, MedlinePlus, and ClinicalTrials.gov. We also distribute literature discussing the National Network of Libraries of Medicine. We meet and talk with individuals from around the country, and sometimes the world. We always have a lot of fun, and get interesting perspectives on information seeking behavior!



We usually ask for a commitment of four hours, and will reimburse you for local expenses such as parking and transportation. MLA's Academy of Health Information Professionals awards two (2) points for exhibitor participation at national or local meetings.
