[PSR-News] NIH RePORTER & NLM grants

Hello Network Members,

I've heard from several of you who plan to submit applications for the recently announced grant program NLM Information Resource Grants to Reduce Health Disparities<http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-LM-10-001.html>, with an application deadline of July 14, 2010. In case others of you are interested in applying, I wanted to suggest that something you might find helpful is to search for previously awarded grants available through NIH RePORTER at http://projectreporter.nih.gov/reporter.cfm. For example, if you do a "term search" for "health disparities library" you get some interesting results and then can look at abstracts of any relevant grants.

If you feel a need to brush up on NIH RePORTER, it was featured during the December 16, 2009, "Midday at the Oasis" session, which was recorded at https://webmeeting.nih.gov/p74171081<https://webmeeting.nih.gov/p74171081/>. NIH RePORTER was presented during the second part of the session, after the PubMed update.
