[PSR-News] Announcing the PSR NewsBits blog

Greetings everyone,

I¹m pleased to announce a new PSR blog called ³NewsBits.²  The NewsBits blog
has brief announcements and short news items of interest, including
technology tidbits.  The blog will be regularly updated by PSR staff.

Current NewsBits postings cover the following topics:

    *Nature Publishing Group e-licensing opportunity
    *Health applications on mobile devices
    *Technology to watch:  Cloud computing and the ³G² drive
    *Are hospitals starting to relax IT restrictions?
    *Learn about electronic health records
    *Create short tutorials with Jing
    *Share presentations with Slideshare

In addition to the news items, all PSR-news listserv postings will be
archived in NewsBits, so if you¹re looking for a previous PSR-News
announcement, you can find it in NewsBits.

There are two ways to access NewsBits.   You can visit the blog directly at
http://nnlm.gov/psr/newsbits/, or subscribe to the RSS feed at
http://nnlm.gov/psr/newsbits/?feed=rss2.

The PSR newsletter, Latitudes, will continue to offer longer feature
articles; the latest issue of Latitudes is always sent out in the PSR-News
listserv as well as available on the web at http://nnlm.gov/psr/newsletter.
