[PSR-News] FW: [DOCLINE-L] DOCLINE 3.0 is available

DOCLINE 3.0 is now available. Below is the message posted to DOCLINE-L.
This release includes a new option for creating a file of charges to
send to EFTS -- this may be of interest to some of you. This release
also provides additional information about your own print and electronic
holdings for your DOCLINE staff so that it is easier to see what's owned
and available before sending a request.
