[PSR-News] PSR Email down! - didn't receive your message

All,

This message is to alert you that since early this AM,
we have been able to send some messages, but unable to
receive any email messages.  If you need to reach us,
please pick up the phone and call us:

  800-338-7657 or 310-825-1200

We have been informed that a bank of servers went down
last night due to a power outage and that our email
will probably not be working until somtime tomorrow. 
Hopefully sooner, but we doubt it.
