Excellent opportunity for grad student (or undergrad in last two years) to
work within the UCLA Office of Information Technology (OIT).  This part-time
position will afford the opportunity for the selected candidate to become
involved with the UCLA IT governance process and meet a number of high-level
campus executives.  Employee would attend information technology governance
meetings to take minutes and compile notes summarizing those meetings.  Will
also help prepare materials and agendas for the meetings.

 

This position requires a good understanding of, and background in,
information technology.  The position also requires clear writing skills,
good judgment, and good analytical and organizational skills.  Candidate
should be very detail-oriented.
