Several weeks ago, you received a MyUCLA notification requesting your
participation in a survey of a department that is currently being reviewed
by the Academic Senate. As you are a major or minor in this department, the
Senate wants to know what you think about the quality of your academic
program and your satisfaction with the courses and curriculum offered.
