ENROLL TODAY IN SUMMER CLASSES

Whether you want to explore a new subject or simply satisfy a requirement,
Summer Sessions is the ideal format for UCLA students to take advantage of
the university's extensive resources and all Los Angeles has to offer: the
beach, the Hollywood Bowl, the Dodgers, and general good humor. The rhythm
on campus is more relaxed with smaller class sizes and no long lines at
Ackerman. Also, with a smaller summer course load, students can immerse
themselves completely in the subject matter.

The Mathematics Department, in particular, is offering lots of exciting
classes for all levels of undergraduate student. Beginning students can do
Precalculus (MATH 1) and life sciences students can take a Calculus (MATH
3A) class designed just for them. More advanced students can enroll in
Combinatorics (MATH 113), Ordinary Differential Equations (MATH 135A), or
Mathematical Game Theory (MATH 167). Many other courses are available. To
find out which ones, please visit www.registrar.ucla.edu
<http://www.registrar.ucla.edu/> .

Please register for these summer classes via URSA. For more information on
other summer programs, visit www.summer.ucla.edu
