[Oradlist] Long steroids use

Dear Oradlist members,

Dose anyone have experience about exposed necrotic bone of the jaws  
that was induced by long-term use of steroids (without   
bisphosphonate) ?
It is helpful for me if someone can show the radiographic findings of  
such case.
