Dear Dr Khan
I agree with your first part suggestion, but to be an odontogenic cyst? i
can't see any connection between the lesion and the roots of #16 and # 17 ,
and the teeth do not show any caries or periodontal changes or widening in
the PDL space , however i will ask the implantologist to check the vitality
of the teeth, do you suggest any other non-odontogenic cyst ? should i
recommend aspiration or removal of the cyst if the teeth were vital ?
