Sorry to disappoint you. If you are the guy you seem to be it will never be that easy. ;-) 
Sure your confidence will grow but remember...it takes a lot of confidence to know and admit your own limitations. 

I heard a story once about one of the more distinguished medical professors in Sweden. When asked about how he kept up-to-date in his profession he replied: "I discretely ask my students".

Thank you dr Lennart for the helpful information , but I was expecting my self to consult less when get experienced , my aim was to get on top of it and to have my immediate differential diagnosis and my quick decision with much more confidence , so you think this won't happen ? :)
