Dear all 

 

The 24 patient that was suspected to have hematopoietic or lymphatic
malignancy came today for CT with contrast as requested by prof Allan
Farman, the medical radiologist there agreed with dr Bernard to be
langerhan's cell disease , saying that the punched out appearence look
typical to be langerhan's cell disease, here are some selected view that i
took from their software viewer (3 soft tissue window axial views, 3 bone
window axial views, and right and left sagittal views)  , i am not used to
this viewer yet and still a beginner so please of you need other views don't
hesitate to ask me.

The images shows that there is no soft tissue involvement and the lesion is
concise to the manible only, Temporal bone is free where usually it is the
favorite area for langerhan's cell disease.

The patient is coming tomorrow for biopsy.
