In the previous case you noted that there were at present no oral pathologists available at this time. In both instances, I would not await their return before moving forward with diagnosis, but especially in the second case you shared. If necessary, slides or virtual slides can be shared with additional pathologists within your region or even overseas.

Thank you Prof Farman , with Kodac 9000 extraoral device , I don't think it is possible we had difficulty in covering the area , do you suggest requesting a CT for him ?
