I think that there is dirt of some sort on the screen that is blocking both the laser scanner from activating this area and the light from the screen from reaching the receptor in the scanner. You do not have a way, I assume, of going back to this plate and checking it. We have labeled all of our PSP screen with identifying markers, and can go back to specific plates to check. I believe that AirTechniques is looking at labeling the plates with small letters.

Hi Everybody,

I was wondering if anyone has seen an artifact similar to the one displayed on the mesial of the right maxillary lateral incisor and distal of the central incisor that looks like composite resins, and has an idea of what caused it.  We are using the ScanX plates and scanners.
