[Oradlist] Multiple white spot on film

Dear Dr.Suchaya,
I think perhaps something goes wrong with the cassette part rather than film. Were the first and the second image from the same cassette?

Dear Oradlisters,
Please help me find out what causes the multiple white spots on Kodak T-Mat G/RA film (8x10 in).
The attached images are from a new opening box of Kodak T-Mat G/RA, expiration date 2010/04.
This artifact happens again although we changed to other new box of film.
One strange thing is that the white artifact does not occur on other films of the same box, as in attached file.
To my experience, the mold causes diffused black artifact.
However, this white artifact does not occur with panoramic film.
