[Oradlist] curvecious opacity

Hi everyone
This panoramic image belongs to a 46 year old woman who felt discomfort and a feeling of something grabbing her neck on the left side just below the mandibular angle. As you see there is an  opacity below the inferior border of the mandible on the hyoid bone. Do you have any idea what is it ?
