[Oradlist] Sell turcica, again

Dear Allan,
To me this sella turcica seems "within the normal" appearances on a ceph.
It is still a 2D image, don't forget. Looking at this image, one can see the head was tilted a bit; the midsagittal plane was not 100% perpendicular to the floor. This might explain the rather small looking "saddle".

The patient was referred for cefalometric study.
