Multiple soft tissue calcifications in the areas of the right and left palatine tonsils, suggestive of postinflammatory changes (aka tonsiliths).

Dear Alexandre,
I think these are calcifications of soft tissue in the region of the tongue and the palatal arches; tonsilloliths in my opinion.
