Dear Marta

Could you give us a little more about the patient's history? What had happened before Rovamycine was prescribed? Is the patient complety healthy in else?
Perhaps you could also magnify the pictures a little, to me it they opened in a very small size!
Considering the radiolucensies I could view in the present small pics, I wouldn't rule out some sort of osteomyelitis or a malignancy!

Regards Leif

 Hello to everyone,
I would appreciate very much Your comments on cbct examination of a 23 year old male patient.
His main complaint is swelling of left side mandible.
He was treated outside our department .He had Rovamycine prescribed for 5 days , the swelling reduced but it is still palpable along whole left buccal side of mandible. Teeth are vital. Left lower incisor has II grade mobility. There is also fistula present between left incisor and canine (located as if it was from periodontal pocket inflammation but there are no periodontal pockets present.)
Submandibular nodes are enlarged.
Thank You in advance for Your opinions.
