[Oradlist] cbct images of 23 year old patient

 Hello to everyone,
I would appreciate very much Your comments on cbct examination of a 23 year
old male patient.
His main complaint is swelling of left side mandible.
He was treated outside our department .He had Rovamycine prescribed for 5
days , the swelling reduced but it is still palpable along whole left buccal
side of mandible. Teeth are vital. Left lower incisor has II grade mobility.
There is also fistula present between left incisor and canine (located as if
it was from periodontal pocket inflammation but there are no periodontal
pockets present.)
Submandibular nodes are enlarged.
