No, unless you are in the sinus. These are exostosesm but remember that the wall of the sinus is an outer border of the maxilla.

I think that these are not antroliths but so-called antral projections, that is, exostoses.

Dear Colleagues,
An incidental finding of multiple well defined small opacities in both maxillary sinuses. Male 25 yrs. Med History - smokes - 7-pack years. Denies recreational drugs. No medications. Gross caries.
Are these just antroliths or could they be multiple osteomas?
