[Oradlist] case for differential interpretation

Dear Nambiar.

The Panoramic radiograph and CT images do not appear to be  
contemporaneous. The lesion affecting mandible, as displayed on CT, is  
bilateral.  This is fibrous dysplasia. The maxilla is unaffected.  3D  
reconstruction you included shows the part of the skull base, which  
looks as little suspicious- check CT! Should review the patient for  
involvement of other bones etc.
