[Oradlist] Cone Beam CT textbooks

Hello everyone,
During my residency, I was constantly searching for a textbook that has the words “cone beam CT” in its title. Unfortunately, none was available, at least searching amazon.com.
Now that I have recently graduated, at least four books are available or will be available very soon according to Mosby, amazon.com and Barnes and Noble.
1.       Cone Beam Computed Tomography: Maxillofacial 3d Imaging Applications by Allan G. Farman (will hopefully be available soon, November according to amazon.com)
2.       Computed Tomography: From Photon Statistics to Modern Cone-Beam CT by Thorsten M. Buzug (available) (physics book)
3.       Cone-beam Volumetric Imaging in Dental, Oral and Maxillofacial Medicine by Joachim Zoller and Jorg Neugebauer (available) (available) 
4.       Color atlas of Cone beam volumetric imaging for dental applications (by Dale Miles) (available) published by quintessence 
Now those are the only titles that I am aware of.
If you feel to post a review, evaluate after owning any of those books or give feedback about them, please do so.  Of course feedback from authors themselves would be priceless.  I see all of them as great addition to any OM radiologist’s library. 
For those who want to own all of them, save about $650 for that. I think they worth way more though.
