[Oradlist] Reading Cephs for a chiropractor

I am very concerned that an OMFR interpreting cephalometric radiographs  
specifically for spinal pathology would be "practicing medicine without a  
license".  I have had to explain this to colleagues attempting to  refer  patients to 
me for the express purpose of evaluating regions  outside the jaws.  While it 
is obviously imperative that we diagnose  regions outside of the area of 
dental interest that may be included in our  examination, I do not believe it is 
appropriate or legally advisable to perform  or interpret radiographs taken for 
medical (or chiropractic) purposes.
