[Oradlist] CBVT Procedure Code

There are three new codes specific to CBVT that are in the new codes in 
2007.  I do not have the specific numbers of the codes but they are 
listed in the new codes as well as on the ADA site on the internet.  I 
can get these for you as soon as I can access these.
