Dear Sajitha,

I can give you 2 names;

NOMAD(r) from Ariba (Utah) and PICO(r) from Meta Biomed (Seoul).

I have, however, big questionmarks about the radiation safety of this type 
of equipment, since the operator is holding the device.
I have heard from a colleague they used it to identify people when the 
Tsunami happened.

Maybe someone can provide "us" with convincing figures, that this equipement 
is safe.
