[Oradlist] terminology

Allan Farman raises an interesting point: The health care provider 
(dentist, physician, or whoever) who obtains diagnostic images 
(radiographs, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear med, etc.) must be capable 
of recognizing any abnormality shown in those images.  In other 
words, the provider must examine the entire image or images.  The 
provider may not arrive at a final diagnosis, but should be capable 
of requesting consultation from someone who can do so.
