Dear Stu,

I am currently using ImageJ from NIH http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/index.html for automatic image segmentation and labelling of anatomical structures in CBCT images. It is very powerful software that allows you to develop java-based software so if you have someone who can program you can create what you need. There are also a whole library of functions and i believe there is multiplanar reconstructions although I have not specifically looked at this.

Best wishes.

Douglas

Hi folks,

Does anyone know of free DICOM viewers for PCs that will do
multiplanar reconstructions? Osirix is excellent but for the Mac
only. I'm looking for an equivalent for the PC.

Thanks,

Stu
