[Oradlist] Retake Radiographs

As part of our quality control program, we perform a monthly "Repeat/Reject
Analysis".  I do not believe that we are mandated to do this by any
governmental or non-governmental agency.

Dear Colleagues,
     Does anyone know if it is the requirement of ADA, for continuing
accreditation of a school, to keep a detailed record of all the radiographic
retakes?
