The University of Maryland invites application for a faculty position in
Oral Radiology in the Department of Diagnostic Sciences and Pathology.  This
faculty position will complement existing multidisciplinary research and
clinical programs in the Dental School.  The University of Maryland will be
occupying a new facility by 2005 and the Dental School is anticipated to be
completely digital at that time.  Consequently, experience and interest in
digital radiography to support clinical teaching and research is essential.



Appointment of the selected candidate will be made at the academic rank
approved through the standard process of the University of Maryland.
Opportunities exist for private practice and dental licensure in Maryland is
a requirement of appointment; however, foreign trained dentists are eligible
for a teaching license.  The University of Maryland is an AA/EE/ADA employer
