Many thanks for the information.  We had 2 DentX 8000 machines for about
3 - 4 years and then replaced them with the DentX 9000 for about 3 years.
We had a lot of trouble with all the machines and thus I decided to call
the company and tell them of all my troubles.  They have agreed to place
their newest model in our radiology clinic to see how it stands up to the
heavy wear and tear.
