Annual Session

It appears that some members did not receive registration forms in the
mail for the Annaul Session, even though they were mailed weeks ago. To
save a flurry of separate mailings, I am attaching a copy for you. The
hotel reservation form is not in an e-mailable form, but you can follow
the instructions on the registration form to make reservatiosn on-line.
