Commcat cassettes

Dear Dr. Kullman:

We purchase the CommCAT cassettes from a U.S. supplier, and the cassettes are sold under their brand name. It is possible they were manufactured in China, but the supplier does not necessarily disclose that information. In any case, these cassettes have been quite reliable in the 10-year history of the product (I recall only 2 cassettes with light leaks in that period). Your recent experience of light leak in 3 different cassettes in certainly of concern. Mr. Hefnawy of Al-Turki Medical Group is going to send me the scanned copy of the test films showing the leak. We will investigate it promptly and replace the cassettes with fully tested ones if necessary.
