Hi,
Its density is something between air and fatty tissue but its shape
resembles a dilated vessel (Possibly lymphatic). MRI may be useful.

Subject: Your opinions
Dear colleagues,
I need your opinion as the image tomography encloses.
Patient with 83 years and it presents volume increase in the maxila right
side. Mouth without any alteration in the mucous. absence of all the dental
elements of the maxila and jaw.
In the tomography it is noticed area low density inside increased muscular
area.
Anatomical variation or pathology?
Sorry my english.
Tanks
Luis Nogueira
