the Greater New York Dental Meeting and John Preece from San Antonio
supplied me with great material.  All that you requested in your your
email and much more.

May I make use of this opportunity to ALL (the executive especially) to
get involved with collecting material for the archives.  This type of
material should be readily available and time marches on.
