Use of subject heading

Hello
I have notice on several occasions that someone will ask a question
on Oradlist, and there will be a subject heading, so that we can see
what the subject was, and see that response come in to that subject,
BUT someone will use this to respond to the list not to discuss that
subject, but to raise a new question or comment, and others respond
to that item, all using the same OLD subject heading. This makes it
difficult for those of use who are trying to follow the thread of one
discussion to selectively read e-mail on that topic consecutively. My
I request that just like one should check to whom we are sending
messages and responses, we also check that the subject line is
appropriate. I know that I am guilty of this periodically, and so are
many others of us, so I am not pointing a finger at anyone. Just a
plea for some sanity in the literally 100s of e-mails I get daily.
Thank you.
I also request that there be no responses to this e-mail. The list is
cluttered enough with real topics.
Rgds
Axel
