Peter: I am unaware of scientific studies making the comparison; however, I am aware of what is expected legally/politically in terms of standard of care. A suspected zygoma fracture presupposes an event that can cause other problems for the patient - and a multi-team approach to evaluation. The patient is going to need evaluation for possible intra-cranial haemorrhage; etc. The CTs will be shared with the various members of the evaluation team. We have made progress in radiologic techniques over the padt hundred years and the patient needs the benefit of this progress. Best wishes, Allan
