Ceph tubehead replacement ?

Dear Oradlisters,
An Orthodontic colleague has a free-standing cephalometric unit that is having apparent tube output problems.  The unit was originally made (1970's) by "MOSS", which later became "UNIVERSAL". Does anyone know the evolution of this company after
"Universal" ?  This practitioner would like to retain the ceph unit components if possible, and was inquiring what company he might contact, or how best to obtain a replacement tubehead that would be compatible with the rest of his present ceph unit.  Any information and/or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
