Edentulous pan and large face

We came across an edentulous patient with a very large face and were
unable to obtain the complete maxillofacial structures in one pan.  Our
pan machine unfortunately is only 5 inches wide and we realize this may be
the problem.  We took a high pan and a conventional pan to see the
images of all the structures.

Can anyone give any help, solutions or references on this sort of
problem?    Thanks.
