Sorry to use the ORAD list for this, but I will ask that all who have
an OMR advanced program send me their e-mail and I shall put that as
an address list in my computer.

For those of you who do have such programs and for the ABOMR, the
following is a quote from the preface section of the current
accredited program listing for advanced specialty and general
dentistry education programs. You may wish to see that your residents
are aware of this suggestion. And the ABOMR may also be braced for
this.

Dentists who take advanced training in one of the ADA recognized
special areas of dental practice are encouraged to pursue
certification by an ADA-recognized dental specialty certifying board.
They should communicate with the secretary of the board at the outset
of the residency training to be fully conversant with all
requirements.
