I agree totally with Allan.  There is no evidence to support the existence
of the entity many of us learned a long time ago as a primordial cyst.  I
would add just one point.  As Toller and Browne showed, the soluble protein
content of keratocysts is usually very different from the other odontogenic
cysts.  This may help in preoperative diagnosis.  And, of course, OKCs need
to be treated more aggressively.
